By accessing or using AutoMaaser, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Service Overview
AutoMaaser is a text message-based service that allows users to track and manage their maaser (charity contributions) easily. Users can submit donation records via text message and receive periodic reports via text or email.
3. User Responsibilities
By using AutoMaaser, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful donation records.
- Use the system only for its intended purpose—tracking maaser contributions.
- Refrain from using the service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or other unrelated content.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your phone number and ensure that no unauthorized individuals access your AutoMaaser account.
- Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Fees & Billing
AutoMaaser operates on a subscription model:
- Free Trial: All new users receive a 14-day free trial with full access to the system.
- Subscription Fee: After the trial period, users are charged $10 per month for continued access.
- Billing & Payments: Payments are processed automatically each month.
- Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable once processed.
Failure to pay the subscription fee may result in service suspension.
5. Message Limits & Fair Use Policy
To ensure fair usage and prevent abuse, AutoMaaser enforces a fair usage policy:
- Each user is granted a reasonable number of text messages per month.
- Excessive usage or abuse may result in additional charges, temporary restrictions, or account suspension.
- Users attempting to misuse the system for other purposes (e.g., chatting with AI, spamming) will have their access revoked.
6. Security & Account Protection
AutoMaaser takes security seriously, but users must also take precautions:
- Spoofing Prevention: If we detect suspicious activity (e.g., someone trying to use another person’s phone number), we may implement verification measures.
- Unauthorized Access: If a user suspects that someone else has gained access to their account, they must report it immediately.
- Data Privacy: AutoMaaser does not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties, except when required by law.
7. Service Availability & Downtime
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, AutoMaaser cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The system may experience occasional downtime due to:
- Maintenance and upgrades.
- Unexpected technical issues.
- Third-party service disruptions (e.g., SMS gateway outages).
Users acknowledge that they may experience temporary unavailability and should plan accordingly.
8. Account Termination & Suspension
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend user accounts under the following circumstances:
- Violation of these Terms (e.g., spamming, abusing the system).
- Non-payment of subscription fees after the trial period.
- Fraudulent activity or attempts to bypass security measures.
Users may cancel their subscription at any time, but payments already processed will not be refunded.

AutoMaaser provides a financial tracking tool but does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of user-reported data. Users are responsible for verifying their own records.
We are not liable for:

- Loss of messages due to technical issues.
